Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:

Shipping Process
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from local warehouses or through authorized local distributors in your region. If items are out of stock locally, we may need to transfer products between regions, which may extend delivery times. No additional shipping fees will be charged for cross-regional transfers.
Delivery Times & Warehouse Hours
Please note that during seasonal promotions and sales periods, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume.
Our warehouses operate from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
Important Shipping Notes
- Please open and check the package before signing
- Large items may be shipped in multiple boxes
- Products may be placed at your door or courtyard
- "Authority to Leave" is applied by default - no signature required
Shipping Fees & Policies
Postage and handling fees are calculated based on weight and size. Shipping discounts are not available. Address changes are only accepted in free shipping areas before dispatch. Additional fees apply for remote areas.
For returns due to change of mind, freight fees and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
